TOWN OF PORTERFIELD SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING MONDAY, JUNE 22, 2026 Chairperson Dennis Bergeson called the Special Town Board Meeting to order at 5:00 PM with 4 in attendance. Zak Albrecht made a motion to add to Diane Mans ’ duties to preform daily checks a t the Townhall . Amy Linstad second the motion. Roll Call: Amy Linstad - yes, Zak Albrecht – yes, Dennis Bergeson - yes. Motion approved. Corey Carviou dropped off his late father’s (Roger Carviou) Townhall keys. Amy Linstad made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Dennis Bergeson seconded the motion. Roll call: Amy Linstad – yes, Zak Albrecht – yes, Dennis Bergeson – yes. Meeting adjourned at 5:33 PM.
