February 3, 2025 Special Town Board Mtg. - Variance - Collins

TOWN OF PORTERFIELD SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING February 3, 2025 Dennis Bergeson called the special town board meeting to order at 1:52 PM with 4 in attendance. The purpose of the meeting is to vote on a variance request by Adam Collins in regards to parcel number 026- 1212.9 on Collins Court off of Menominee River Drive description 5.25 ac Lot 1 CSM 2696 IN V18 OG87 T32N R22E BNG PRT GTVT Lot S32. Adam is requesting the roof pitch be lowered to 1.18/12 instead of the minimum pitch of 3/12 on the remaining 3 cottages. The first 2 cottages are built to specs with a gable roof. Dennis Bergeson made a motion to deny the variance request at this time. Audrey Guseck seconded the motion. Roll Call: Audrey Guseck – yes, Dennis Bergeson – yes. Motion approved.
