Plan Commission Report, (Fred Smeester, chairperson) 8. Fire Department Report (Shawn Sagan, treasurer) 10. Rescue Squad Report (Mark Wisinski) 11. Road Department Report a) Progress/update on projects from the May agenda: * Create turnaround on several dead end roads (Kingswood Acres, Jackpine, Rodeo for example) * Grind Hardwoods Road/remove rocks in road * Veterans Park * Swimming Hole—Clean and paint changing house * John Deer tractor purchased for cemetery and road work b) Shop roof painting c) Other Building updates (furnace maintenance, Septic, LED installation in gym, shop, & outside lighting) c) New chain saw was purchased to replace old run down one d) Road work! Potential new hire (full/part time)—interview 16. Historical Society request for money to repair building 17. Need to set criteria for using Town Credit Card (board authorization, who can use it and for what purpose, how to keep track of usage so it does not come as a suprise when paying bills) 18. LP/Diesel/Propane bids 19. Install hidden drive way signs on Dow Dam, Mathis roads 20. Change date for removal of grave decorations at cemetery to May 1 21. Approve alcohol beverage licenses 22.
