Open floor (please restrict your remarks to 5 minutes so others may have time to address issues. 4. Clerk’s/Treasurer’s reports: ON-GOING/CONTINUING/NEW BUSINESS 7. Plan Commission Report, (Fred Smeester, chairperson) 8. Fire Department Report (Shawn Sagan, treasurer) 10. Rescue Squad Report (Mark Wisinski) 11. Continuation of discussion onTown paying into Unemployment compensation vs self-pay 12. Road Department Report a) Revisit purchase of fuel tank for shop (possibility of putting out on bids) b) Road work: * Create turnaround on several dead end roads (Kingswood Acres, Jackpine, Rodeo for example) * Grind Hardwoods Road and remove rocks in road * Tour of Roads report d) Veterans Park removal of pavilion, e) Swimming Hole—remove changing room f) Shop roof fixed but needs paint g) New chain saw purchase 13. Credit card update 14. Cemetery Report a) New roof needed on storage shed b) Dead tree and stump removal 15. Building next to cemetery??? 16. Purchase of new small tractor LS or John Deer example for cemetery and road work 17. Continue changing remaining lights in buildings to LED (gym, shop, outside lighting) 18.
