Open floor (please restrict your remarks to 5 minutes so others may have time to address issues. 4. Clerk’s/Treasurer’s reports: 5. Pay vouchers ON-GOING/CONTINUING BUSINESS 7. Plan Commission Report, Fred Smeester 8. Fire Department Report (Shawn Sagan, treasurer) 10. Rescue Squad Report (Mark Wisinski) 11. Road Department Report a) Purchase fuel tank for shop b) Formally approve purchase of new dump truck c) Continuing Road work (equipment maintenance, seal coat, black top, revert Mctrusty Lane bad spots back to gravel, etc) d) Advertise for gravel crushing contractor e) New Employee starting wage and salary increase for road crew forman (adjourn to closed session). f) Check with contractors on when they will finish roads started last year and potentially discuss which roads should be upgraded next. g) Demolish deteriorating building structures (white building by center, Veteran’s park pavilion and outhouse, and ball field outhouse. h) Garage roof update 12.
