NOTICE OF QUORUM CHIPPEWA COUNTY FACILITIES & PARKS COMMITTEE Wednesday, October 7th, 2026 – 9:00 AM Chippewa County Parks In accordance with the provisions of section 19.84, Wisconsin Statues, notice is hereby given that members of the Facilities & Parks Committee are invited to attend a park tour on Wednesday, October 7th, 2026 starting at the courthouse at 9:00 am and taking place off site at Otter Lake County Park in Stanley, Wisconsin, Pine Point County Park in Holcombe, WI, Morris Erickson County Park and Round Lake County Park in New Auburn, WI. It is possible that members of the Facilities & Parks Committee will be sufficient to constitute a quorum or negative quorum may be present to observe the meeting and gather information about a subject over which they have decision- making authority, although no formal action will be taken at this meeting. Itinerary Courthouse to Otter Lake: 9:00 am – 9:45 am Tour of Otter Lake: 9:45 am – 10:30 am Otter Lake to Pine Point: 10:30 am – 11:00 am Tour of Pine Point: 11:00 am – 11:45 am Pine Point to Morris-Erickson: 11:45 am – 12:15 pm Tour of Morris-Erickson: 12:15 pm – 1:00 pm Morris-Erickson to Round Lake: 1:00 pm – 1:10 pm Tour of Round Lake: 1:10 pm – 2:00 pm Round Lake to Courthouse: 2:00 pm – 2:45 pm
