Chippewa County Health & Human Services Board Special Meeting July 14, 2026 Chippewa County Courthouse, Room 119Q 3:30 PM 1. Call to Order Director Bobbie Jaeger called the meeting to order at 03:30 PM. 2. Roll Call Members Present: County Board Supervisor Dennis Bachman Members Absent: Others Present: DHS Staff: Bobbie Jaeger, Brandi Engel 3. Public Hearing The Chippewa County Department of Human Services is in the process of preparing its 2027 budget. Any community residents interested in presenting ideas, needs, or other testimony regarding Human Services programs are invited to attend the public hearing on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 3:30 pm, in Room 119Q of the Chippewa County Courthouse: 711 N Bridge St, Chippewa Falls, WI. Written comments may be submitted to Bobbie Jaeger, Director, Department of Human Services, 711 N Bridge St, Room 305, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729. 4. Brief Overview of 2027 Human Services Budget For any public in attendance, Director Bobbie Jaeger will briefly highlight primary components of the 2027 Human Services budget. Full details of the 2027 budget will be presented at the July 16, 2026, Health and Human Services Board meeting. Human Services Director Bobbie Jaeger presented a high-level overview of the proposed 2027 budget. 5. Members of the Public Wishing to be Heard (Comments will be limited to 5 minutes per speaker) There were no members of the public wishing to provide input regarding the 2027 Human Services budget. 6.
