CITY OF CHIPPEWA FALLS, WISCONSIN N O T I C E O F P U B L I C M E E T I N G In accordance with the provisions of the Wisconsin State Statutes, Sec. 19.84, notice is hereby given that a public meeting of the: AMENDED Committee No. 1 Revenues, Disbursements, Water and Wastewater Will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 8:30 AM, Council Chambers, City Hall, 30 West Central Street, Chippewa Falls, WI. Items of business to be discussed or acted upon at this meeting are shown on the attached agenda below: 1. Approval of minutes from August 4, 2026. (Minutes will be distributed prior to the meeting) 2. Discuss funding options for equipment and capital projects. Possible recommendations to the Council. 3. Discuss funding for repair, replacement and/or installation of additional bollards along the north side of NB STH 124 along the parking lot adjacent to the Chamber Building. Possible recommendations to the Council. 4. Discuss funding for Agreement with Short Elliot Hendrickson Inc. (SEH) for Wellhead Protection Groundwater Technical Review Services. Possible recommendations to the Council. 5. Discuss funding for additional Parks & Recreation Department costs associated with Office 365. Possible recommendations to the Council. 6. Discuss funding to purchase a laptop and software for the HR Generalist. Possible recommendations to the Council. 7. Discuss funding for design and demolition costs for Casper Park Building. Possible recommendations to the Council. 8. Discuss utilizing unspent wages for Street Department overtime to catch up on department work. Possible recommendations to the Council. 9. Adjournment.
