CITY OF CHIPPEWA FALLS, WISCONSIN N O T I C E O F P U B L I C M E E T I N G In accordance with the provisions of the Wisconsin State Statutes, Sec. 19.84, notice is hereby given that a public meeting of the: AMENDED Committee No. 1 Revenues, Disbursements, Water and Wastewater Will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 8:30 AM (or immediately following the Committee #2 Meeting), Council Chambers, City Hall, 30 West Central Street, Chippewa Falls, WI. Items of business to be discussed or acted upon at this meeting are shown on the attached agenda below: 1. Approval of minutes from June 10, 2026. 2. Discuss funding for Rhyme Printing proposed additions. Possible recommendations to the Council. 3. Discuss Police Department flat-rate billing cost for all outside overtime coverage. Possible recommendations to the Council. 4. Discuss funding for replacement of keypads at Fire Department. Possible recommendations to the Council. 5. Discuss funding for replacement of Fire Department gear. Possible recommendations to the Council. 6. Discuss funding to replace the Fire Department boat lower unit with a propeller. Possible recommendations to the Council. 7. Discuss request from Wastewater Department to purchase a chain pipe cleaner. Possible recommendations to the Council. 8. Adjournment. Item #1 Motion by Kiefer/Dixon to recommend Council approve expending the safety equipment grant on eligible department expenses. All present voting aye, motion carried. 9. Discuss funding for ambulance remount. Possible recommendations to the Council. Chief Tonnancour was advised by the vendor that they are 18-24 months out on the ambulance remounts. He requested permission to reserve a place in line now for the remount with possible delivery of the ambulance at the end of 2027. It was noted that no funds would be required at the time the reservation is placed, and it will be included as part of future borrowing discussions. Motion by Kiefer/Dixon to recommend Council approve authorizing the Fire Chief to reserve a place in line for the ambulance remount. All present voting aye, motion carried. 10. Discuss the Treasury Management Services Agreement between the City of Chippewa Falls and Northwestern Bank. Possible recommendations to the Council. Finance Manager/Treasurer Bauer requested this item be reviewed at the next Committee #1 Meeting. No action taken. 11. Adjournment. Motion by Nadreau/Dixon to adjourn at 9:21 am.
