VILLAGE OF LAKE HALLIE SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD MEETING MINUTES August 21, 2026 | 11:00 a.m. Virtual Meeting and Lake Hallie Municipal Building, 13136 30th Avenue, Lake Hallie, Wisconsin 1. Call to Order President Gary Spilde called the regular meeting of the Village Board to order at 11:05 a.m. in accordance with Chapter 19.84 of the Wisconsin Statutes. 2. Roll Call Present: President Gary Spilde; Trustees Brad Hudson and Pete Lehmann. Excused: Trustees Tim Calkins and Mark Danielson. Also Present: Village Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer Anastasia Stueber, and representative from Senn Blacktop. 3. Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance was not recited due to the meeting being conducted virtually. 4. New Business A. Approval of Bid and Contract Award for the 125th Street (Earl Road) Project The Board reviewed the two bids received for the 125th Street (Earl Road) Project. Motion by Hudson, second by Lehmann, to award the contract to Senn Blacktop in the amount of $83,568.34, along with three culverts in the amount of $5,630.00. Motion carried by voice vote. 13.
