Call to Order Village President Spilde called the meeting to order at 12:14 p.m. pursuant to Chapter 19.84 of the Wisconsin State Statutes. Roll Call: Trustees Greenwood, Hudson, Lehmann, and President Spilde were present. Trustee Calkins joined the meeting at 12:16 p.m. 2. Approval of Agenda Motion by Lehmann, second by Greenwood, to approve the December 19, 2025 Special Meeting Agenda as presented. Voice vote taken. Motion carried. 3. Resolution 2025-56 Amended 2026 General Fund Operating Budget Motion by Calkins, second by Hudson, to approve Resolution 2025-56 Amended 2026 General Fund Operating Budget. Voice vote taken. Motion carried. 4. Resolution 2025-57 Amended 2026 Tax Levy Limit Motion by Calkins, second by Greenwood, to approve Resolution 2025-57 Amended 2026 Tax Levy Limit. Voice vote taken. Motion carried. 5. Adjournment Motion by Greenwood, second by Calkins, to adjourn the meeting. Voice vote taken. Motion carried.
