Police Commission-Special Meeting — Minutes

Village of Lake Hallie Special Police Commission Meeting Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6:30 PM Village of Lake Hallie Municipal Building 13136 30th Avenue Lake Hallie, WI 54729 Minutes 1. Mr. Wheeler called the meeting to order according to Chapter 19.84 and 19.85 (1) (c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes at 6:31 p.m. 2. Roll Call: Kevin Bahr _X__;Jim Campbell _X_: Randy Larson; _excused__; Tiana Tarbox __X__ Mike Wheeler _X__; and Chief Orgon 3. Public Comments: None 4. Mr. Campbell made the motion, seconded by Mr. Wheeler, voice vote carried to convene to closed session per Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment or promotions of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. 5. Convene to Closed Session per Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment or promotions of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. 6. Re-convene to open session: Ms. Tarbox made the motion to reconvene out of closed session, Mr. Bahr. seconded. Voice vote carried 8:00 p.m. Announcement of Closed Session Action: Established timeline and job description for Police Chief position. Adjournment.
