Village Board Budget Meeting — Minutes

VILLAGE OF LAKE HALLIE VILLAGE BOARD SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES Monday, November 24, 2025 – 5:00 p.m. Lake Hallie Municipal Building 13136 30th Avenue, Lake Hallie, WI 54729 1. Meeting called to order according to Chapter 19.84 of the Wisconsin State Statutes Village President Spilde called the meeting to order at 5:06 p.m. Roll Call Present: Trustees Hudson, Greenwood, President Spilde. Excused: Trustee Calkins. Absent: Trustee Lehman. A quorum was present. Also present: Anastasia Stueber and Sam Bautch 2. Approval of the November 24, 2025 Special Meeting Agenda as presented Motion by Hudson, second by Greenwood to approve the November 24, 2025 Special Meeting Agenda as presented. 3. Discussion/Approval of 2026 General Fund Operating Budget The Village Board discussed the 2026 General Fund Operating Budget. Board members reviewed budget components and asked questions regarding revenues and expenditures. Motion by Hudson, second by Greenwood to approve the 2026 General Fund Operating Budget as presented. Roll call vote: Hudson, Greenwood, Spilde – aye. Motion carried. Note: Will document approval of the 2026 General Fund Operating Budget in the 2025- Budget Resolution dated November 24, 2025 at the December 1, 2025 meeting as it was not printed in the event any changes needed to be made. 4.
