The discussion will involve strategic considerations related to the allocation of room tax funds and potential contractual arrangements with Go Chippewa Falls and Visit Eau Claire. The Commission will reconvene into open session immediately following the closed session. B. Announce any action taken in closed session. C. Discuss/Approve Additional Repairs for Weed Harvester: Additional maintenance needs submitted by SD Belting Gav in the amount of 2,329 dollars, in addition to 4,665.50 dollars previously approved in October. D. Discuss/Approve 2026 General Ledger Updates: Review proposed GL structure and consider additions or corrections before year end. E. Discuss/Approve 2026 Boat Launch and Parking Fees F. Discuss/Approve Final 2026 Parks Budget: Final recommendations to be forwarded to the Village Board for December adoption. G.
