VILLAGE OF LAKE HALLIE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES Monday, November 3, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. Lake Hallie Municipal Building, 13136 30th Avenue, Lake Hallie, WI 54729 1. Call to Order President Gary Spilde called the Special Village Board Meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. in accordance with Chapter 19.84 of the Wisconsin State Statutes. 2. Roll Call Present (in-person): President Gary Spilde, Trustee Timothy Calkins, Trustee Brad Hudson Present (remote): Trustee Kenneth Greenwood Absent: Trustee Peter Lehmann A quorum was present. 3. Closed Session Motion by President Spilde, seconded by Trustee Hudson, to convene into closed session under Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of a public employee. Roll call vote: Spilde Yes, Calkins Yes, Hudson Yes. Entered closed session at 6:03 p.m. 4. Reconvene to Open Session Motion by Trustee Hudson, seconded by Trustee Calkins, to reconvene to open session at 6:58 p.m. Motion carried. Action Taken in closed session: The Board directed staff to proceed with the health insurance buyout as presented. 5. Adjournment Motion by Trustee Hudson, seconded by Trustee Calkins, to adjourn.
