Village of Lake Hallie Special Board Meeting Minutes Monday, October 27, 2025 – 7:00 p.m. Lake Hallie Municipal Building, 13136 30th Avenue, Lake Hallie, WI 54729 1. Call to Order President Gary Spilde called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m. in accordance with Chapter 19.84 of the Wisconsin State Statutes. 2. Roll Call Present In-Person: President Gary Spilde, Trustee Timothy Calkins Present Virtually: Trustee Brad Hudson Absent: Trustee Ken Greenwood, Trustees Peter Lehmann Also present Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer Anastasia Stueber. 3. Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance was not recited. 4. Discuss/Approve Fiber Internet Options Motion by Calkins, seconded by Hudson, to approve the five-year fiber internet contract with Spectrum as presented. Voice vote. Motion carried. 5. Adjournment Motion by Hudson, seconded by Calkins, to adjourn. Motion carried.
