Town of Lafayette PARKS, RECREATION, TOURISM, LAND USE and PLANNING COMMISSION April 29, 2025 4:30 PM Lafayette Town Hall CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL The Special meeting was called to order by Chair Scott Faris at 4:30 PM. The following members were present: Scott Faris, Jenna Hazelton, DeWayne Krumenauer, Sue Lane, Neil Mathwig, Doug Matthews, Mark Sedlacek, and Jerry Zais; a quorum was present. APPROVAL OF SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA A motion to accept the Agenda for the April 29, 2025 Special meeting was made by DeWayne Krume- nauer / Jerry Zais; motion was approved by unanimous voice vote. EXPEDITED ITEMS 1) Walking Tour of Parcel # 22807-0542-00020000 – Commissioners drove to the parcel and con- ducted an observational walk throughout the parcel. No Commission action was taken. NEXT MEETING DATE - Meeting date is May 12, 2025 at 7:00 PM. MOTION TO ADJOURN Upon returning to the starting location , a motion to adjourn was made by Jerry Zais / Sue Lane; motion passed by voice vote at 5:31 PM.
