Wheaton Plan Commission Minutes Tuesday, September 1, 2026 1. Affidavit of Notice of Meeting per Wisconsin Statute 19.84 2. Call the meeting to order/Pledge of Allegiance/Moment of silence 3. Present: Dale Hayden, Mike McGinley, Sara Holte, Brittany Rickey, Ron Kragness, and Jessi Jones Absent: Mary Rudd 4. Consent Agenda: Motion made by Holte/Jones to accept the agenda and approve the minutes from the July 7th, 2026 meeting. Motion passed 6/0. 5. Public Comment: Made by Craig Pilgrim regarding Murray garage. 6. New Business: 1. Presentation: By John Ferguson/ 911 GIS Coordinator. Regarding updating 911 streets and addresses to facilitate emergency responders finding homes and businesses. 2. Review/ Discuss: Haas proposed 4 lot subdivision, Parcel 22810-3011-07100000 & 22810-3014-00020005. Discussed making the private drive a road to turn over to the township to meet the 300 foot roadway frontage requirement. 3. Review/Discuss/Act: Bechard/CDPG Proposed Hidden Valley Subdivision, Parcels 22810-2212-00020000, 22810-2221-00020000, and 22810-2213-00020000. Motion to recommend board approval by Holte/Jones. Motion passed 5/1. 4. Election of Plan Commission Officers: A. Chair Person- Dale Hayden. Nominated by Jones, passed 5/0. B. Vice Chair Person- Sara Holte. Nominated by Jones, passed 5/0. C.
