Review/Discuss/Act: On appointment of a Plan Commission member for a 3-year term previously held by Thomas Piercy. This term runs through April 2029. 7. Public Comments a. The Town Board desires to hear the viewpoints of Town of Wheaton residents. b. Each speaker shall provide their full name and address for the record. c. Each speaker is allotted 5 minutes to speak on a non-agenda item or an agenda item when it is discussed. The Town Board reserves the right to allow the public to speak more than once, but only after all attendees have been allowed to speak. Multiple speakers on the same topic will only be allowed if they are presenting new information as determined by the Chair. All comments must relate to a single topic. The Town Board members cannot discuss/act on public comment items if not included on the approved agenda. 8. Committees and Reports a. Review/Discuss/Act: Board will go into closed session pursuant to WI Statute 19.85(1) (c) considering the employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governing body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. g.
