Town Budget Hearing & Special Meeting of Town Electors — Minutes

TOWN OF WHEATON BUDGET HEARING AND SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, November 11, 2025 The meeting has been properly noticed per Wisconsin Statute 19.84 and called to order at 7pm. 2) Roll call was taken and the following members were present: Ms. Miller, Mr. Deutscher, Mr. Gutsch, Ms. Rudd, Mr. Books, Mr. Kohls, and Ms. Droske. 3) A motion was made by Books/Rudd to approve the agenda. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. 4) Public Hearing of the Proposed Budget A) The proposed 2026 budget was presented for the town electors to review and provide feedback. B) The public hearing of the proposed 2026 budget was adjourned at 7:03pm. 5) Special Meeting of the Town Electors A) The meeting was called to order. B) A motion was made by Adam Blaskowski/Vinse Morning to approve the levy amount of $697,158.00. The motion carried on a unanimous vote by voice vote. 6) A motion by Rudd/Kohls was made to adjourn.
