Each speaker is allotted 5 minutes to speak on a non-agenda item or an agenda item when it is discussed. The Town Board reserves the right to allow the public to speak more than once, but only after all attendees have been allowed to speak. Multiple speakers on the same topic will only be allowed if they are presenting new information as determined by the Chair. All comments must relate to a single topic.
