Minutes prepared by Jennifer Wright, Town Clerk (pending board approval) Sanitary District #1 – Town of Lake Holcombe Board Meeting Minutes September 16th, 2026 Present: Brian Guthman, Jeff Anders, David Staudacher Others Present: Jennifer Wright, Brenda Cigan and Jamie Larson ________________________________________________ 1. Call to Order Meeting called to order by Anders at 6:30 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to approve the minutes from August 19th, 2026, Board Meeting as presented. Motion carried. 3. Treasurer’s Report Motion by Staudacher seconded by Guthman to approve the Treasurer’s report. Motion carried. 4. Operator’s Report: Jamie reported that the effluent meter is 12-22% off and it can’t be recalibrated. Cost between $1700-$4200, it needs to be replaced. 5. Public Comment: None DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE MOTION 1. Budget Meeting Dates — The Board discussed upcoming budget planning. Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to set budget meeting for Oct 16th @4pm. Motion carried. 2. 2026–2027 Pre-Pay Propane Agreement Discuss and possible motion regarding the proposed pre-pay propane agreement. Motion by Staudacher; seconded by Guthman to pre-pay 400-gallon LP at 2026/2027 contracted pricing. Leslie at River County extended pricing through the end of Sept 2026. Motion carried. 3. Draft 2027 Sanitary Letter – Late Fees Review drafted 2027 Sanitary District letter regarding late fees; discuss and possible motion. – Late fee wording is good; we will review final draft at October’s agenda. Tabled for now. 4. Approval of Bills. Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. Adjourn. Motion by Staudacher seconded by Guthman to adjourn the meeting at 7:06 p.m. Motion carried.
