Call to Order Meeting called to order by Anders at 6:30 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes Motion by Staudacher seconded by Anders to approve the minutes from July 15th, 2026, Board Meeting as presented. Motion carried. 3. Treasurer’s Report Motion by Staudacher seconded by Anders to approve the Treasurer’s report. Motion carried. 4. Operator’s Report: Annual calibration inspectors found meter was reading under 25%, they will be fixing this. 5. Public Comment: None DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE MOTION 1. CMAR Resolution – Review and Motion – No grades were below an A, no corrections needed and operation is running smooth. Motion by Anders, seconded by Staudacher to approve CMAR Resolution Motion carried. 2. Late Fees language (review ordinance) – Discussed language and Jen will draft this up to present at the next board meeting for approval. Tabled item for now 3. Approval of Bills. Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. Adjourn. Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to adjourn the meeting at 6:52 p.m. Motion carried.
