Call to Order Meeting called to order by Anders at 6:30 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to approve the minutes from April 15th, 2026, Board Meeting and April 21st, 2026, Special meeting as presented. Motion carried. 3. Treasurer’s Report Presenter: Cigan Motion By: Guthman Seconded By: Staudacher Approved Actions • CD Transfer — Motion carried to move CD #1 from Superior Choice to Northwestern Bank effective May 31, 2026. o $21,000 will be placed into a 7-month CD earning 3.7% interest. o The remaining balance will be transferred into the Checking Account. • Sanitary Checking Update — Approved updating the Sanitary Checking account to a product earning 1.46% APR with electronic statements. • Treasurer’s Report — The Treasurer’s report was reviewed and approved as presented. • Motion carried with no noted objections. 4. Operator’s Report – We started discharge because of the high levels of the ponds. Ammonia is slightly over permissible levels but nothing serious. 5. Public Comment – Jeff said the Ambulance company left a card thanking the Sanitary District for allowing them to use the garage. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE MOTION 1. Review Ordinance and Sanitary Users Log – schedule meeting with users who may be affected by changes. Scheduling User Meetings — Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Guthman, directing Wright to schedule a meeting with the two users identified as being affected by the review. Motion Carried. 2. Approval of Bills. Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. Adjourn. Motion by Staudacher seconded by Guthman to adjourn the meeting at 6:56 p.m. Motion carried.
