Minutes prepared by Jennifer Wright, Town Clerk Board approved minutes 4.15.2026 Lake Holcombe Town Board Meeting Meeting Minutes March 18th, 2026 Present: Brian Guthman, Jeff Anders, David Staudacher. Others Present: Jennifer Wright, Brenda Cigan, Ginna Young and Pam Guthman Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 7:20 p.m. Minutes: Motion by Anders seconded by Staudacher to approve the minutes from February 18th, 2026, board meeting as presented. Motion carried. Treasurer Report: Presented report present by Cigan. Board requested to have a side by side of 2026 Budget with expenses to ensure tracking. Motion by Staudacher seconded by Anders to approve the Treasurer’s report. Chairman’s Report: Discussed NSP approval for Veterans Memorial tent which will now be held on Memorial weekend. Need to review N side of building for building and additional parking. Will need zoning approval. Public Comment: Pam Guthman noted due to election the County board meeting is moved to April 21st. They will be doing a re-organization due to results of election. EMS committee will be making a report that will be available at the end of August. You can find more information on the County website. This is open to the public Discussions: 1. Appoint and swear in Brenda C. as Town Treasurer Motion by Anders was seconded by Staudacher to appoint Brenda C. as Town Treasurer. Motion Carried. Brenda was sworn in by Clerk. 2. Bank Account Authorization Update Board approval to remove Jim M. and add/update Brenda C. Motion by Anders seconded by Staudacher to approve the bank account update. Motion Carried. 3. Road Ditch Cleanup – Discussion and Possible Action Motion by Staudacher seconded by Anders to approve the road clean-up. Motion Carried. 4. Safety Audit and Training – tabled for lack of motion. 5. Tucker Hetcher – Use of 263rd Street During Road Bans Motion by Anders seconded by Staudacher to allow Tucker H to use 263rd St during road bans. Motion Carried. Cable Placement to the Xcel Hydro Dam – Review and Approve Motion by Staudacher seconded by Anders to approve cable placement. Motion Carried. 7. CVEC Voting Ballot – Review and Possible Motion Motion by Anders seconded by Staudacher to mark yes to all. Motion Carried. 8. Rural Insurance Premium Quotes – Deductible Options Motion by Anders seconded by Staudacher to select $10K Building w/$2500 deductibles. Motion Carried. 9. Alcohol Renewal and Operator License Charges – Review in progress, no change this year. 10. Chief Inspector Interest – Review and Possible Motion to appoint Motion by Anders seconded by Staudacher to approve Chief Inspector, Gina Olson. Motion Carried. 11. Approve Bills Motion by Staudacher seconded by Anders to approve the bills as presented. Motion Carried. 12.
