Minutes submitted by Jennifer Wright, Secretary **Meeting minutes approved by Board 4.15.2026** Lake Holcombe Sanitary District Meeting Minutes – March 18th, 2026 PRESENT: Jeff Anders, Brian Guthman, David Staudacher OTHER PRESENT: Jennifer Wright, Brenda Cigan, Pam Guthman, Duane Schulze and Ginna Young Call to Order Meeting was called to order by Anders at 6:35 p.m. Approval of Minutes Motion by Guthman seconded by Anders to approve the minutes from the February 18th, 2026 meeting. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report Motion by Staudacher seconded by Guthman to accept the Treasurer’s Report as presented. Motion carried. Systems Report by Operator Report given by Anders per J. Larson. We are filling sooner than expected because of the amount of snow. Ammonia is lower this year than previous years which is a good thing Public Comment – Letter presented from Duane S – need to discuss further but at this time not moving forward with return to work, Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher. Motion carried. Discussion Items 1. Review and possible motion on the Voting Ballot from CVEC - Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to mark yes to all. Motion carried. 2. Review Ordinance and Sanitary Users Log – schedule meeting with users who may be affected by changes – moving this agenda item to April board meeting 3. Review/approve work comp audit breakdown of Sanitary portion due - Motion by Staudacher seconded by Guthman to pay Sanitary the refund received from original invoice. Motion carried. 4. Jeff to approve transfer application: 26353 & 26359 State Hwy 27 Holcombe, WI 54745 5. Approval of Bills: Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. Adjournment Motion by Staudacher seconded by Guthman to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m. Motion carried.
