Minutes prepared by Jennifer Wright, Town Clerk Meeting minutes approved by board 3/18/2026 Lake Holcombe Town Board Meeting Meeting Minutes February 18th, 2026 Present: Brian Guthman, Jeff Anders, David Staudacher. Others Present: Jennifer Wright, Ginna Young, Jim Mataczynski and Pam Guthman Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 7:03 p.m. Minutes: Motion by Staudacher seconded by Anders to approve the minutes from January 13th, 2026, board meeting as presented. Motion carried. Treasurer Report: Presented a new report to the board for Dec 2025 and Jan 2026. Motion by Staudacher seconded by Anders to approve the Treasurer’s report. Chairman’s Report: Discussed Road bans to come and WM request for approval. Public Comment: P.Guthman will be running for the county board for district 2. She is also a chair for EMS, ADHOC work study group and you can find more information on the Chippewa County website. B. Guthman received immediate resignation from Treasurer. Motion by Anders seconded by Staudacher to accept Treasurer’s resignation. Motion carried. Discussions: 1. Update on Satellite Fire Station – discussed upcoming floor project 2. Update on Road Construction project with Town of Estella – Estella received a bid and we agreed to paying half the costs. 3. Clerk’s Report – approve operator license. – (1) Thirsty Otter Motion by Anders seconded by Staudacher to approve the operator licenses for The Thirsty Otter. Motion Carried. Building Permit presented to the board for 29811 281st St, Holcombe Approve Bills: Motion by Staudacher seconded by Anders to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. Adjourn: Motion by Anders seconded by Staudacher to adjourn the meeting at 7:36 pm. Motion carried.
