Minutes submitted by Jennifer Wright, Secretary Meeting minutes approved by Board 3.18.2026 Lake Holcombe Sanitary District Meeting Minutes – February 18th, 2026 PRESENT: Jeff Anders, Brian Guthman, David Staudacher OTHER PRESENT: Jennifer Wright, Deidra Wichtendahl, Brenda Cigan and Pam Guthman Call to Order Meeting was called to order by Anders at 6:33 p.m. Approval of Minutes Motion by Staudacher seconded by Guthman to approve the minutes from the January 13th, 2026 meeting. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to accept the Treasurer’s Report as presented. Motion carried. Systems Report by Operator Report given by Anders per J. Larson. Public Comment - None Discussion Items 1. Schedule meeting with user regarding current user fees. – Decision to add this to the March agenda. Board will review ordinance/users to discuss possible future changes. 2. Review of CD Balances as of 12/31/2026 • Review current balances – add to May agenda and clerk will bring loan information • Discuss authorized individuals for CD management • Consider weather to move funds – add to May agenda Motion by Guthman was seconded by Staudacher to add Brenda Cigan and Jennifer Wright as authorized individuals; also, to remove Deidra Wichtendahl and Tracey Larson. Motion Carried. 3. Review/Update Authorizations on Bank Accounts • Confirm current authorized signers. Jennifer Wright and Deidra Wichtendal • Discuss any needed updates and next steps – remove Deidra and add Brenda Motion by Guthman was seconded by Staudacher to add Brenda Cigan and remove Deidra Wichtendahl. Motion Carried. 4. Review Letter from USDA loan regarding Budget approval • Discuss contents of letter and any required actions. NO ACTION needed, letter reviewed. 5. Review work comp audit – Sanitary Portion. Add to March agenda after Town review portion is complete 6. Approval of Bills: Motion by Staudacher seconded by Guthman to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. Adjournment Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to adjourn the meeting at 6:58 p.m. Motion carried.
