Review of CD Account Balances as of 12/31/26 • Review current balances. • Discuss authorized individuals for CD management. • Consider whether to move funds. Note: Any changes require board approval recorded in the minutes. 3. Review of Authorizations on Bank Accounts • Confirm current authorized signers. • Discuss any needed updates and next steps. 4. Review Letter from USDA Loan Regarding Budget Approval • Discuss contents of the letter and any required actions. 5. Review Work Comp Audit – Sanitary Portion 6. Approval of Bills 7.
