Minutes prepared by Jennifer Wright, Town Clerk Board approved January minutes on 2/18/2026 Lake Holcombe Town Board Meeting Meeting Minutes January 13th 2026 Present: Brian Guthman, Jeff Anders, David Staudacher. Others Present: Jennifer Wright, Ginna Young, Ben Shimko, Jim Mataczynski. Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 7:05 p.m. Minutes: Motion by Anders seconded by Staudacher to approve the minutes from December 17th, 2025 board meeting as presented. Motion carried. Review of Insurance with Agency: Agency represented and reviewed insurance policy Treasurer Report: Mataczynski gave a report and updates but there was no motion at this time. Chairman’s Report: Guthman gave a report and updates. Public Comment: Ginna asked about subcommittee for Veteran’s Memorial; advised this was established at November’s meeting, no other comments Clerk’s Report: ➢ Board reviewed 2025 Recycle Summary from GFL ➢ Reviewed and discussed revenue categories – taxes will be handled the same as in the past. ➢ There were no operator license or building permits to review/approve Approve Bills: Motion by Anders, seconded by Staudacher to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. Adjourn: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to adjourn the meeting at 8:26 pm. Motion carried.
