Minutes submitted by Jennifer Wright, Secretary Meeting minutes approved by Board 2.18.2026 Lake Holcombe Sanitary District Meeting Minutes – January 13th, 2025 PRESENT: Jeff Anders, Brian Guthman, David Staudacher OTHER PRESENT: Jennifer Wright Call to Order Meeting was called to order by Anders at 6:30 p.m. Approval of Minutes Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to approve the minutes from the December 17, 2025, meeting. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report Motion by Staudacher seconded by Guthman to accept the Treasurer’s Report as presented. Motion carried. Systems Report by Operator Report given by Anders per J. Larson. Public Comment - None Discussion Items 1. Review and discuss user fees – reviewed ordinance and will be scheduling a meeting during next month’s board meeting to discuss it further. 2. Discussion of Options for Sewer System Disconnection (Per Property Owner Request) 1. Review of applicable policies and procedures – Per code, if there is water to the building it can’t be disconnected. 3. Treasurer Resignation 1. Acknowledgment of Treasurer’s resignation letter 2. Discussion of effective resignation date Motion by Guthman to accept resignation effective 2/28/26 seconded by Staudacher to accept resignation as discussed in board meeting. Motion carried. 4. Discussion on employee wages – shared employees will be the same as Town 5. Approval of Bills: Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. Adjournment Motion by Staudacher seconded by Guthman to adjourn the meeting at 7:02 p.m. Motion carried.
