Minutes prepared by Jennifer Wright, Town Clerk **Meeting minutes approved by Board 1.13.2026 Lake Holcombe Town Board Meeting Meeting Minutes December 17th, 2025 Present: Brian Guthman, Jeff Anders, David Staudacher. Others Present: Jenny Wright, Jim Mataczynski, Jamie Larson, Ben Jordan and Pam Guthman Public Notice Affirmation Chairman Guthman affirmed that the official public notice of this meeting was properly posted as required by law. • Posted at the Holcombe Post Office • Posted on the Town of Holcombe official website • Posted on the town signboard located by the Veteran’s Memorial Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 7:02 p.m. Minutes: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to approve the minutes from the November 19th board meetings as presented. Motion carried. Treasurer Report: Motion by Anders, seconded by Staudacher to accept the treasurer’s report as presented. Motion carried. Chairman’s Report: Guthman has been appointed to the Comprehensive Plan Committee and Farm Land Conservation Committee. Guthman gave update on both committees, Town projects and ambulance update Public Comment: P. Guthman provided updates to Chippewa County EMS challenges, fiscal challenges and hospital support. Informed board of ADHOC Committee formed to support these challenges. Also provided an update that the Chippewa county applied for housing authority grants. 1. Discuss and act on request for change in plowing of 287th Street. a. Action: Continue plowing through this winter and work with property owner to put in a turn around. 2. Appoint 2026-2027 Election Workers a. Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to appoint the election workers as presented. Motion carried. 3. Clerk’s Report: Two building permits were reviewed. Motion by Anders, seconded by Staudacher to approve building permits as presented. Motion carried. 4. Approve Bills: Motion by Anders, seconded by Staudacher to approve the bills as presented. Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; to discuss employee compensation. a. Closed session began at 7:50pm 6. Convene to open session. a. Motion by Anders, seconded by Staudacher, open session resumed at 8:13pm Adjourn: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to adjourn the meeting at 8:13 pm. Motion carried.
