Minutes prepared by Jennifer Wright, Town Clerk Lake Holcombe Town Board Meeting Meeting Minutes November 19th, 2025 Present: Brian Guthman, Jeff Anders, David Staudacher. Others Present: Tracey Larson, Jenny Wright, Jim Mataczynski, Ginna Young, Ben Jordan, Michael Coughlin, Ross Rannow, Ronnie Jiskia Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 7:09 p.m. Minutes: Motion by Anders, seconded by Staudacher to approve the minutes from the October 14, 2025 and October 19th 2025 board meetings as presented. Motion carried. Treasurer Report: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to accept the treasurer’s report as presented. Motion carried. Chairman’s Report: Guthman has been appointed to the Comprehensive Plan Committee. Guthman gave update on Town projects Public Comment: None Discussion and action on change of depository: Guthman discussed meetings with potential institutions and the board decided who would be selected. Motion by Anders and seconded by Staudacher to change the town depository to Northwestern Bank and Mataczyniski, Wright and Guthman will be listed on accounts. Motion carried. Discussion on building for display of old Fire Dept Equipment: 12x20 building to place 3 pcs of old fire equipment, board was willing to discuss options. Brian will gather more details. Discussion of Clerk Compensation: Board reached agreement that Tracey would receive November 2025 final check for time spent training new clerk. Motion by Anders seconded by Staudacher that Tracey Larson will continue to receive clerks’ pay through November. Motion carried Approve 2026 Budget and Levy limit: Motion by Anders to approve both 2026 Budget and Levy limit, seconded by Staudacher. Motion carried. HAVM Discussion (Holcombe Veteran’s Memorial): Ronnie Jiska wants to create a committee for the Veteran’s memorial (Tim Marshal, Ronnie Arts, David Staudacher, Vern Capek and Ronnie Jiska) for future plans. Committee approved by Anders, seconded by Guthman. Motion carried. Staudacher abstained. Minutes prepared by Jennifer Wright, Town Clerk Clerk’s Report: One building permit was reviewed. Five operator license application was reviewed and discussed. Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to approve the operator licenses for The Big Minnow, The Thirsty Otter and East Bay. Motion Carried. Approve Bills: Motion by Anders, seconded by Staudacher to approve the bills as presented with one correction for Anders. Motion carried. Adjourn: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to adjourn the meeting at 8:15 pm. Motion carried.
