Minutes submitted by Jennifer Wright, Secretary Lake Holcombe Sanitary District Meeting Minutes Nov 19th, 2025 PRESENT: Jeff Anders, Brian Guthman, David Staudacher OTHERS PRESENT: Jennifer Wright, Tracey Larson, Deidra Wichtendahl, Mike Coughlin and Ross Rannow CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order by Anders at 6:36pm APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion by Guthman, seconded by Staudacher to approve the minutes from the Oct 14th 2025 meeting. Motion carried. TREASURERS REPORT: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Guthman to accept the treasurers report as presented. Motion carried. SYSTEMS REPORT BY OPERATOR: Report given by Anders per J. Larson. PUBLIC COMMENT: No public comment. Discussion: 1. Finalize Sanitary Budget – Finalized and approved budget by Staudacher, seconded by Guthman. Motion carried 2. Set User Fee for 2026 – User fees set $525 and continuing to invoice twice a year. Motion by Guthman, seconded by Staudacher. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF BILLS: Motion by, Guthman seconded by Staudacher to approve the bills as presented with an update on CVEC. Motion carried. ADJOURN: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Guthman to adjourn the meeting at 7:10pm. Motion carried.
