Minutes prepared by Tracey Larson, Town Clerk Lake Holcombe Town Board Meeting Meeting Minutes October 14, 2025 Present: Brian Guthman, Jeff Anders, David Staudacher. Others Present: Tracey Larson, Jenny Wright, Jim Mataczynski, Ginna Young, Ben Jordan, Jamie Larson. Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 7:05 p.m. Minutes: Motion by Anders, seconded by Staudacher to approve the minutes from the September 17, 2025 board meeting as presented. Motion carried. Treasurer Report: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to accept the treasurer’s report as presented. Motion carried. Chairman’s Report: Guthman gave a report and updates. Public Comment: None Presentation by Superior Choice Credit Union: No one showed up to present. Update on Satellite Fire Station: Plans are moving along with the well and power going in next week. The contract states a finish date of February 28th, 2026 and they are ahead of schedule. Update on Ambulance per capital cost: Guthman attended the ambulance meeting where they discussed the 2026 rates and they will be increasing to $24 per capita. Report on WISLR report and certified map: Ben completed the WISLR report and Guthman entered it online. Clerk’s Report: Two building permits were reviewed. One operator license application was reviewed and discussed. Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to approve the operator licenses for Phat Bob’s. Motion Carried. Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to approve contracting with the Chippewa County Humane Association for the 2026 year. Motion carried. Approve Bills: Motion by Anders, seconded by Staudacher to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. Adjourn: Motion by Anders, seconded by Staudacher to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 pm. Motion carried.
