Minutes submitted by Tracey Larson, Secretary Lake Holcombe Sanitary District Meeting Minutes October 14, 2025 PRESENT: Jeff Anders, Brian Guthman, David Staudacher OTHERS PRESENT: Tracey Larson, Jenny Wright, Deidra Wichtendahl, Ben Jordan, Jamie Larson CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order by Anders at 6:45 pm APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion by Guthman, seconded by Staudacher to approve the minutes from the September 17, 2025 meeting. Motion carried. TREASURERS REPORT: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Guthman to accept the treasurers report as presented. Motion carried. SYSTEMS REPORT BY OPERATOR: Report given by J. Larson. Everything is going good. They are getting the ponds ready for the winter. PUBLIC COMMENT: No public comment. Policy and Procedures for repair/replacement of sewer equipment: Jamie took a class on how to repair and rebuild pumps. He is requesting to go over and shadow them rebuilding and repairing pumps for a day so he has more hands on experience and knowledge to do it on his own. He can take some of our broken pumps and he will repair/rebuild while they watch and guide him. Jordan expressed concerns about the pump repair taking too much of Jamie’s time as he is a shared employee of the Town and Sanitary. Motion by Guthman, seconded by Dave to approve Jamie taking a day for hands on repair experience. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF BILLS: Motion by Guthman, seconded by Staudacher to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. ADJOURN: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Guthman to adjourn the meeting at 7:02 pm. Motion carried.
