Minutes submitted by Tracey Larson, Secretary Lake Holcombe Sanitary District Meeting Minutes September 17, 2025 PRESENT: Jeff Anders, David Staudacher. Brian Guthman arrived late OTHERS PRESENT: Tracey Larson, Jen Wright. Deidra Wichtendahl absent. CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order by Anders at 6:30 pm APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to approve the minutes from the September 17th 2025 meeting. Motion carried. TREASURERS REPORT: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to accept the treasurers report as presented. Motion carried. SYSTEMS REPORT BY OPERATOR: Report given by Anders per J. Larson. PUBLIC COMMENT: No public comment. SET DATE FOR BUDGET MEETINGS: Due to a scheduling conflict of the board, the board meeting needed to be changed. The board changed the meeting date to Tuesday, October 14th, 2025. The budget work meeting will start at 5:00 pm and the Sanitary Board meeting at 6:30 pm. REQUEST FOR PERMISSION TO DISPOSE OF WASTEWATER IN TREATMENT FACILITY: Ken’s Septic requested permission to dispose of wastewater at the treatment facility. Discussion held. It was the consensus of the board that the facility is not ready for that at this time. Motion by Guthman, seconded by Staudacher to contact the DNR for approval and/or the steps that need to be met before accepting wastewater from outside of our system. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF BILLS: Motion by Guthman, seconded by Staudacher to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. ADJOURN: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Guthman to adjourn the meeting at 6:50 pm.
