Minutes prepared by Tracey Larson, Town Clerk Lake Holcombe Town Board Meeting Special Meeting Minutes August 26, 2025 Present: Brian Guthman, Jeff Anders, David Staudacher. Others Present: Tracey Larson, Jim Mataczynski came in late. Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 6 PM. Interview was held for one candidate only. Discussion held by the board regarding the appointment of the candidate. Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to appoint Jennifer Wright to the position of town clerk pending a background check for the remainder of the term ending in April 2027 at which time the position will be on the ballot at the Spring Election. Motion carried. Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Anders to appoint Jennifer Wright to the position of secretary for the Sanitary District. Motion carried. Jennifer Wright will be added to all town and sanitary bank accounts at Northwestern Bank and Superior Choice Credit Union and ordered a debit card for both the town and sanitary checking accounts. Tracey Larson will be removed from all town and sanitary bank accounts and will return her debit cards so they can be cancelled. Meeting was adjourned.
