Minutes prepared by Tracey Larson, Town Clerk Lake Holcombe Town Board Meeting Meeting Minutes April 10, 2025 Present: Brian Guthman, Doug Olson, David Staudacher. Others Present: Tracey Larson, Jim Mataczynski, Ginna Young, Ben Jordan. Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 7:00 p.m. Minutes: Motion by Olson, seconded by Staudacher to approve the minutes from the March 13,2025 board meeting as presented. Motion carried. Treasurer Report: Motion by Olson, seconded by Staudacher to accept the treasurers report as presented. Motion carried. Chairman’s Report: Guthman gave a report about West Central WI Regional Planning, the Wayside and East Bay public boat landings, Wayside Beach playground, Storm water management. Public Comment: None. Open Sealed Road Bids: Discussion held. Results on page 2. Motion by Olson, seconded by Staudacher to approve the following winning bidders: Gravel Bid – Haas Sons, Inc, Pulverizing Bid – Haas Sons, Inc, Paving Bid – Monarch, Shouldering Bid – Haas Sons, Inc. Motion carried. Quotes for Wayside Bathrooms and Native American display building: Ben received two quotes. Duane Wallace at $13,630 and Kane Construction at $10,400. Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Olson to accept the Kane Construction quote provided we have the money in the budget to do it. Motion carried. Approval for the County Plat of Holcombe Shores – Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Olson to approve the County Plat of Holcombe Shores. Motion carried. Clerk’s Report - Building permits were reviewed. Motion by Olson, seconded by Staudacher to approve the operator licenses for EastBay Lodge. Motion carried. Approve Bills: Motion by Olson, seconded by Staudacher to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. Adjourn: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Olson to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 pm.
