Minutes prepared by Tracey Larson, Town Clerk Lake Holcombe Town Board Meeting Meeting Minutes January 9, 2025 Present: Brian Guthman, Doug Olson, David Staudacher. Others Present: Tracey Larson, Jim Mataczynski, Ginna Young, Ben Jordan, Pam Guthman, Lonny Larson, Sue Staudacher Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 7:12 p.m. Minutes: Motion by Olson, seconded by Staudacher to approve the minutes from the December 12,2024 board meeting and public hearing as presented. Motion carried. Treasurer Report: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by OIson to accept the treasurers report as presented. Motion carried. Chairman’s Report: Guthman has been working on the town’s emergency plan and new 5-year road plan, Chippewa County reached out and asked about the undeveloped road (290th) where many lots are being purchased and built on. He attended the County EMS meeting in Cadott where they discussed the huge need for EMS workers county wide. Public Comment: P. Guthman, Chippewa County board supervisor, discussed the County Hwy M bridge and resources where people can find updates on it. Clerk’s Report: Building permits were reviewed. Open Book date was set but the Board of Review date needs to be changed. The board called for a special meeting for Friday January 17th, 2025 at 1 pm to approve a liquor license application. Approve Bills: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Olson to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. Adjourn: Motion by Olson, seconded by Staudacher to adjourn the meeting at 7:46 pm. Motion carried.
