Minutes prepared by Tracey Larson, Town Clerk Lake Holcombe Town Board Meeting Meeting Minutes September 12, 2024 Present: Brian Guthman, Doug Olson. Absent: David Staudacher. Others Present: Tracey Larson, Jim Mataczynski, Ginna Young, Ben Jordan, Diane Kanneberg Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 7:00 p.m. Minutes: Motion by Olson, seconded by Guthman to approve the August 8,2024 minutes as presented. Motion carried. Treasurer Report: Motion by Olson, seconded by Guthman to accept the treasurers report as presented. Motion carried. Chairman’s Report: Guthman gave a report about side boom repair, Emergency Management Plan, and painting the Native American display. Public Comment: G. Young announced that they would honor veterans at the football game. Satellite Fire Station: They opened bids and the process is starting. Hoping to break ground in the spring. Update on the Public Nuisance Issue on 259th Ave: Not much to update on the situation. The DNR is working on some more ideas. Update on 295th Ave Paving project: Discussion held on updates. Clerk’s Report: Building permits were reviewed. Motion by Olson, seconded by Guthman to approve the operator licenses for The Sand Trap. Motion carried. Motion by Olson, seconded by Guthman to appoint Donna Loring as a new Election Worker for the remaining 2024-2025 term. Motion carried. Approve Bills: Motion by Olson, seconded by Guthman to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. Adjourn: Motion by Olson, seconded by Guthman to adjourn the meeting at 7:32 p.m. Motion carried.
