David Staudacher Others Present: Tracey Larson Public Hearing: Guthman opened the public hearing. He explained the specifics and reasons for the request for discontinuance of the road right of way on 296th Ave with a legal description of NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 10, Township 32N, Range 6W. Motion by Olson, seconded by Staudacher to adjourn the public hearing. Special Meeting: Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 6:51 p.m. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE MOTION: Approval of the discontinuance / abandonment of the road right of way on 296th Ave with a legal description of NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 10, Township 32N, Range 6W. Motion by Olson, seconded by Staudacher to approve the discontinuance of the road right of way on 296th Ave with a legal description of NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 10, Township 32N, Range 6W. Motion carried. Estimates for construction work at the town shop and town hall: Discussion held. The estimates for the front stairs/landing at the town hall came in from Dernovsek for $8,264 and at $14,500. Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Olson to accept the Dernovsek estimate. Motion carried. The estimates for the stairs on the side of the town hall came in from Tag Builders at $8,580 and DW Construction for $4,350. Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Olson to accept the DW Construction estimate. Motion carried. Adjourn: Motion by Olson, seconded by Staudacher to adjourn the meeting at 6:57 pm. Motion carried.
