Town of Lake Holcombe Special Meeting Minutes October 18, 2023 @ Lake Holcombe Town Hall PRESENT: Brian Guthman, Doug Olson, David Staudacher. OTHERS PRESENT: Tracey Larson CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order by Chairman Guthman at 6:30 pm. LAKE HOLCOMBE SANITARY BOARD: The board discussed what they should do to find new board members since the whole board is resigning as of December 31, 2023. A letter is being sent to all customers regarding the vacancies and the board said they could ask a few people if they were interested. BUDGET PREPARATION: Last years budget was reviewed and discussed appropriate dollar amounts for each line item. Budget will be finalized for the November budget hearing.
