Town of Lake Holcombe Special Meeting Minutes September 6, 2023 @ Lake Holcombe Town Hall PRESENT: Brian Guthman, Doug Olson, David Staudacher. OTHERS PRESENT: Tracey Larson, Jim Mataczynski, Ben Jordan CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order by Chairman Guthman at 5:15 pm. Motion by Dave, seconded by Doug to go into closed session for considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, WI Stats 19.85(1)(c). Motion carried. All responded yes – Closed session at 5:22 pm Open session – at 8 pm Motion by Dave, seconded by Doug to offer the Highway Patrolman position to the first ranked candidate pending background check. Motion carried. Motion by Doug, seconded by Dave to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 pm. Motion carried. TREASURER REPORT: Motion by seconded by to approve the treasurers report. Motion carried.
