Town of Lake Holcombe Monthly Board Meeting Minutes June 8, 2023 @ Lake Holcombe Town Hall Chairman Guthman called the meeting to order at 7 pm. Chairman Brian Guthman, Supervisor Doug Olson, Supervisor David Staudacher, Treasurer Jim Mataczynski, Clerk Tracey Larson were in attendance and a quorum was established. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. MINUTES: Dave motioned to approve the previous meetings minutes and Doug seconded. Motion passed. TREASURER REPORT: Doug motioned to accept the treasurers report and Dave seconded. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT: Ben and Brian have been working with the DNR regarding the water over the road on the Lions Club Park road. Luke Dernovsek is the only one in the area who does tuck pointing so he will come look at the town hall when he can. Brian informed the board that Chief has quit so we no longer have a second snowplow driver. Richard Zehe has also given notice that he will be quitting in the next year or so. Brian questioned keeping the Recycling Center open since there are very few residents who use the facility. PUBLIC COMMENT: Resident requested again that the members of the Comprehensive Planning Committee be put on the website. SANITARY DISTRICT: Jesse went through the DNR Audit and discussed what they are doing in response. They are working on all noncompliance issues. OLD LANDFILL SITE ON HWY 27: Tabled DISCUSS AND REVIEW UPDATED CH4 ORDINANCE AND CH7 ORDINANCE: The board reviewed the Chapter 4 changes and accepted the changes. Ch 7 was tabled until it was completed. CLERK’S REPORT: Building permits were reviewed. License renewals were tabled. The board set a meeting date for the licenses of June 26th at 5:30 pm. APPROVE BILLS: Doug motioned to approve the bills as presented and Dave seconded. Motion passed. ADJOURN: Doug motioned that the meeting be adjourned, and Dave seconded. Motion passed.
