Town of Lake Holcombe Monthly Board Meeting Minutes February 9, 2023 @ Lake Holcombe Town Hall Chairman Guthman called the meeting to order at 7 pm. Chairman Brian Guthman, Supervisor Doug Olson, Supervisor David Staudacher, Treasurer Jim Mataczynski, Clerk Tracey Larson were in attendance and a quorum was established. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. MINUTES: Dave motioned to approve the previous meetings minutes and the town caucus minutes and Doug seconded. Motion passed. TREASURER REPORT: Doug motioned to approve the treasurers report and Dave seconded. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT: Ben and Brian have been working on preparing for a future road project checking with the State of Wisconsin regarding the box culvert on Hwy 27. They also stated that they need to check where the sewer lines are before the paving project is complete. Brian talked about the berm they built on the Wayside beach area to help with erosion. Check on how that worked and consider other options if it didn’t. PUBLIC COMMENT: No public comment DISCUSS 2023 ROAD BIDS: The road bid ad description was discussed and decided the ads would be placed immediately and sealed bids opened at the March meeting. CLERK’S REPORT: Building permits were reviewed for 27936 264th St, 28455 303rd Ave, 28094 295th Ave, and 28952 295th Ave. Doug motioned to approved a temporary liquor license for Whitetails Unlimited banquet and an operator license for April Cockroft; Dave seconded. Motion passed. APPROVE BILLS: Doug motioned to approve the bills as presented and Dave seconded. Motion passed. ADJOURN: Dave motioned that the meeting be adjourned, and Doug seconded. Motion passed.
