River Falls Board of Trustee Minutes September 14, 202 6 Present: Tanya Misselt, Tiffany Alexander, Lorraine Davis, Rebecca Ferguson, Kari Heinselman , Jayne Hoffman, Mike Metro, Ann Nelson and Jean Ritzinger Absent: Nick Carow Special Guests: Amy White, Steve Schroeder, and Heather Logelin 1. The meeting was called to order by President Metro at 6:30pm. 2. A quorum was established. 3. Misselt confirmed the meeting was in compliance with open meeting laws. 4. Introductions: Guests: Heather Logelin and Steve Schroder from the St. Croix Valley Foundation were introduced. 5. Approval of Agenda: A motion to approve the agenda was made by Heinselman and seconded by Davis. Motion carried. 6. Approval of August Minutes: A motion was made by Ritzinger , seconded by Hoffman to approve the minutes. Motion carried. 7. Presidents Report: Metro thanked Misselt and staff for their hard work. 8. Guest Speakers: Heather Logelin and Steve Schroeder presented a report and answered questions regarding the St. Croix Valley Foundation. 9. Director ’s Report: Misselt explained the amendment to the hot spot policy and the county reimbursement system. 10. Consent Agenda: Davis made a motion and Ritzinger seconded, to accept the consent agenda. Motion carried. 11. News B ank Digital Resource: Misselt demonstrated the new digital resource, recently purchased by the library. 12. Adjournment: A motion was made by Alexander, seconded by Ferguson to adjourn.
