Friede/Anderson with an amendment to add the missing section “members present” as to note attendance for the record. Motion carried unanimously. HPC MEMBER VOLUNTEER HOUR REPORT Anderson – 3 Page - .5 Hoffman – 8 Huebel - 1 PUBLIC COMMENTS – Non-Agenda Items Bill Hanson – Spoke regarding “earth month” as well as the dark sky week, and finally that April 25th from noon – 4 is earth fest at UWRF Dan Geister – Spoke on behalf of Greenwood Cemetery Association regarding an event at July 11th. Mehlhorn – Spoke regarding the disposition of the power plant items and showed the sign MEETING DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. Swinging bridge lighting and renovation a. Adam Martinson introduced the project to renovate the bridge and requested the commission give input on the illumination of the bridge. The commission recommended that the original lighting be restored and potentially a little bit of down-lighting. 2. City Hall Art Display a. Mehlhorn requested counts for the items, commission decided on twenty frames. 3. Foster Cemetery Preservation Plan a. Tabled until May 4. Swinging bridge event final coordination a.
