We received a large and competitive applicant pool and had many qualified candidates to fill the current vacancy and covered PH position. As part of our ongoing comprehensive review of departmental roles and responsibilities, we evaluated the duties of all Public Health staff. Through this assessment, we determined that the operational needs of the department would be better supported by having two Public Health Strategists. The current RN vacancy provides an opportunity to realign staffing without increasing the departments overall staffing level or budget. Many of the tasks in the Public Health nursing position can be completed by public health strategist to maintain requirements of state statutes This recommendation reflects the department’s continued evolution toward a Public Health 3.0 approach, which builds upon core public health services and foundational capabilities while placing greater emphasis on community assessment, strategic planning, data-informed decision-making, partnerships, and community health improvement. Converting the vacant RN position to a Public Health Strategist will better align staffing with this evolving approach and strengthen the department’s capacity to advance the Community Health Assessment (CHA), Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), and other emerging community health priorities. This change will have no financial impact as it can be accommodated within the existing Public Health staffing allocation and approved budget. 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 DOOR COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES – STAFFING Organization Chart 10/12/2026 Door County Board of Supervisors Health and Human Services Board Joe Krebsbach - Director Kevin Brennan – Deputy Director BEHAVIORAL HEALTH Behavioral Health Manager – Jamie Lowis Medical Director/Psychiatrist – Dr. Ann Miller Service Facilitators -Elizabeth Bertrand -Anna Calhoun -Kathy Schultz -Sara Moegenburg -Holly Ahlin Community Support Program Workers -Ashley Bongle -Brianna Armstrong -Megan Sinclair Registered Nurse -Scott Davis Behavioral Health Case Manager -Tanya Londo - Kassandra Glish After Hours Crisis Case Manager -James Baker -Carrie Doell Behavioral Health Therapists -Dani Nyman -Alina (Karuzas) Rivera -VACANT Substance Use Disorder Therapist - Hazel Radtke ADMINISTRATION Client Account Specialist – Accounts Receivable -Chris Wroblewski Financial Admin Assistant II - Accounts Payable -Casey Frangipane Financial Admin Assistant II - Accounts Receivable -Cassandra Olson System Analyst Specialist -Susan Fernandez Admin Assistant II - Receptionist -Kathleen Doering Admin Assistant II- Support - Carla Ritter Admin Assistant II – Records Management -Kathy Zak Business Manager Julie Behnke Total Quality Management Specialist Shannon Lauder Court Services Substance Use Disorder Therapist-DTE - Scott Dadam Case Manager -DTE -Morgan Christianson Contracted workers Dr. Lydia Haker – Ph.D Peg Kubiak-OWI Rene Domask - Therapist Community Services Coordinator Sarah Purzycki Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor Kristin Deprey CCS Regional Coordinator Dallas Glodoski 14 DOOR COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES – STAFFING (continued) Organization Chart 10/12/2026 ECONOMIC SUPPORT Economic Support Manager Carol Wautlet Economic Support Specialists -Jessica Ingersoll -Eric Olson -Mikala Herlache -Breanna Smith -Ashley Dessart -Marisa Anderson Children & Family Support Services Children’s Services Manager Debra Kehrberg Door County Board of Supervisors Health and Human Services Board Joe Krebsbach - Director Administrative Assistant III -Robin Mark Disability Benefit Specialist -Mary Ann Salmon (1/9/23) Elderly Benefit Specialist -Jessica Flores Information & Assistance Workers -Melissa Walz -Cheri VanDenBogart -Heather Geiger Dementia Care Specialist -Sierra Witczak Adult Protective Services Lead (new 9/2025) - Taylor Jandrin Adult Protective Services -Amber Wheat -Emma Walsh Office Assistant (2 – PT;1 LTE) -Sara Dennison -Heather Matchefts -Patty Jo Wagner, DCS LTE AGING & DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER ADRC/Aging Program Director Jennifer Fitzgerald ADRC Advisory Board & SSAC & NAC Board Volunteer/Activities Coordinator -Dawn Thiry-Herlache Office Assistant - Barb Snow Nutrition Site Manager -Candy Haslam .40 Nutrition Site Manager / Cook – Washington Island -Nelvie Cauldwell .50 PT Assist.
