Judge Weber stated they haven’t added any new participants in over a year but have graduated 12 people from the program. Joe Krebsbach stated the preapplication for the TAD grant came this morning and he will start working on that. b) Report from Judges. Judge Weber stated work has started on creating new local court rules. A subcommittee is working on them. He also brought up concerns with AI and how to deal with it and whether parties need to disclose that it has been used. Will work with the clerk’s office on any concerns. Judge Weber also reported on the SIM work groups. Both the providers and the housing work groups have met. Lauren Daoust has moved into private practice so that slowed things down a bit. They are looking for peer support specialists that are certified. c) Report from Department of Health & Human Services. Joe Krebsbach explained that the TAD grant requires that the CJCC must continue. The SIM housing group met 5-6 times and they do not have much left to meet about. There is a possibility of a contract with Oxford House. They are working on recovering from significant 2025 turnover and are still looking for another case manager. The prospect for a sober living facility for females backed out but they are still working on it and have some other options to explore. Judge Weber questioned if there is grant funding for a CJCC manager. Mr. Krebsbach informed that option is no longer available and the grant is filled. The CJCC will plan to continue to meet on a quarterly basis. d) Report from Law Enforcement. Nothing new to report. e) Report from District Attorney’s Office.
